The social media messaging platform WhatsApp keeps bringing in updates and new features that enhance the overall experience of the users. The Meta-owned platform has now introduced its latest community feature that will allow users to bring their WhatsApp Groups under one hat. In addition to this, four new features for groups have also been launched on the platform which include admin delete, large voice calls, message reactions, and large file sharing. With ‘Admin Delete’, group admins will be able to remove errant or problematic messages from everyone’s chats. This should come in handy for friends and family groups for a smooth flow of information.

The New feature “Multi-device support” Is the most popular feature, users have wanted it for a very long time.
The Feature allows users to log in single account from four different devices. You can log in from your iPad and iPhone at the same time without having to create a separate account. Currently, WhatsApp only users to log in from a computer and phone at the same time.
Mute Video Feature
The new feature mute video allows users to mute videos before they send them to their contacts.
The option will appear in the form of a volume icon that users will have to tap to mute while pressing it again will bring the volume back.
Video and Voice calls on WhatsApp web
The New Feature is a demand of users from Whatsapp for a very long time. WhatsApp is working on the possibility of making voice and video calling available on the web version of the app.
WhatsApp recently made a lot of improvements to the Web/Desktop versions as well which include the biometric authentication feature and Read later option.

- Reactions: Just like Instagram and Twitter, WhatsApp users will also be able to use emoji reactions on messages.
- Admin Delete: WhatsApp group admins will also be empowered to remove errant or problematic messages from everyone’s chats.
- File-Sharing: WhatsApp users will be able to share files of up to 2 gigabytes (GB).
- Larger Voice Calls: WhatsApp will introduce one-tap voice calling for up to 32 people with a new design.
Lastly, the company has introduced a larger voice calling feature. Initially, the number of people on a voice call used to be 4 which was then increased to 8. Now WhatsApp will allow up to 32 users on a single voice call and has also updated the voice calls interface on the platform. These features will be rolled out in the upcoming weeks even before the communities are ready as informed by the company.
